I have 3 of these Peeling Paring knives. I absolutely love them. Very sharp, fit in my hand perfectly and I know they are a life time brand. I've had these Peeling Paring knives almost 2 years know. You would never know it. They look as beautiful as the day I received them. And the blade is just as sharp. I'll never buy any other brand. Extremely happy with my purchase. Best knife for Left Handed cooks
My first knife from this brand is excellent in quality and design and perfect for a LEFT HANDED cook with the ambidextrous double filed blade. I immediately ordered other styles! I really like my paring knife but i still want a knife directed towards awesome apple peeling. I called to see if another knife might do better but the lady said that was best and the others were longer blades. I didn’t like the person i spoke with very much. The knife is great though and it came nicely packaged and quickly so all in all i am happy.

I’ve been using Rada knives for over 45 years it started with my Grandma using them and she also used them as a cook at Miami University and I was hooked from then on and I still have knives from 45 year’s ago! Believe me there is no better!
