Easy pick up!

Was an exact replacement for the type of switch I installed several years ago.

RARELY USED... DIDNT LAST 2yrs or 5uses

CANT even think the USB port[s] was used even 4-5x at most. Outlets fine, juts NOT charging ports. GOt on a whim thinking wud be HANDY not using up a plug with full adapter, just cleaner look on coutner..go to use it.. NOTHING. Of course it JUST outta warranty. If thats the service most people get outta these, I'll buy or try a BUDGET throwaway amzn verison for half or even 1/3rd price- and if it TOO goes out..who cares and not such big loss. At the LEAST , maybe ai'll just try a differnte BRAN...

Love the color

Works well, including UBS ports. Love the color. It's a very dark bronze, almost black if it is in shadows.

TP issue

The Tamper Proof feature or something internal makes it much too difficult to insert a plug. I have tried a variety of plugs so you can rule that suggestion out.

Fantastic for an area that needs a lot of charging

Love that it has the built in USB charging, I install these where I can as I upgrade my outlets.

Very nice

Very easy installation. Looks gorgeous, especially when paired with the switch frame that was made for it. It does have a light metallic sheen to it, so it's not just a flat brown. The tamper resistance works great, it's hard as heck to get a voltmeter probe in there to make sure it's working correctly, haha!

Excellent product

Removes the need of having multiple charging blocks and 6-ways.

Very hard to plug things in

The USB function works great but the AC receptacles are a pain in the rear. Very difficult to plug cords in. I’m going to remove and return them and get something else.

Hard to use

It is so hard to plug anything into these outlets You have to push so hard it feels like it is going to break Feels like something is not lined up right

Very Covenient to use!

I am very happy with this purshase. It is very easy to install, just take your time, and be patient. It is a great upgrade, you can be charging or be using 4 items at the same time. I have fridge, Speaker, iPhone XS, and vaccum all at once!!

plugs are awful

the plugs have interference when try to insert. I thought it was a one off. So I tried another same issue. I wouldn't buy these again. I cant believe how difficult it is to use the outlet. They all should be sent back to the manufacturer.

Very difficult to plug a power cord into

I have 4 of these outlets - 2 purchased 6 months go and 2 purchased today (3/17/2020) at Lowes in Xenia Ohio. My reason for 1 star is the fact that it is very difficult to plug a power cord into either of the two 120V outlets. When plugging in a power cord there is some internal interference that prevents easy insertion of the cord. All of the power cords I have tried (new and old) require "jiggling" in order to eventually get the cord to insert fully. I wish I could be more specific but su...

keep your receipt

tried to install in island cabinet, to large for electric box with conduit. ok, next idea... installed in regular wall box, went well. however, there is some sort of interior spring that you must overcome when plugging in. very difficult to plug in vacuum. wife not happy. also, each usb port is 180 degrees. down low, hard to see...really?! make it hard to plug in?!!! didn't keep receipt, throw in trash and start over

Handy Unit

This is a much easier way to charge up your iPad (or whatever) than looking for the charging unit. The only drawback is the amperage of the outlet. It takes considerably longer to power up your phone. I just try to plan ahead. That is why I knocked it back one star.

Tough plug

I liked the integration of the USB chargers but the 120 outlets are not smooth to plug into I know there new but I also have purchased other manufacturers outlets like these and have not had this issue would like to see this fixed and add in slide covers for the sockets when not being used

Lasted less than a week

I purchased 3. Two out of three failed within the first week. I have not used the third. STAY AWAY FROM THIS ONE.
