On/off switch for my Prius Electric charger
Would RecommendI recently purchased a Prius Prime plug in hybrid car. After each charge it is recommended unplugging the charging cable after the car is charged.After a few months it was apparent that the outlet was showing some wear. I purchased the outlet switch so I could switch off the outlet after the car is charged AND there is no current going to the charger cable. This is a win/win no juice going to the outlet and no juice going to the expensive charger cable!

A disgusting situation
Would RecommendThe first unit was broken in the box. They fuse the white front plastic to a pair of metal lugs but the fused plastic was so poorly done that the switch actually fell apart while still in the box. Very inconvenient to have to drive the 20 miles round trip just to exchange it. Needless to say, I took it out of the box to be sure it was not already broken. Lowe's replaced it without question....
