Every once in a while I'll have an appliance whose plugs aren't quite aligned with each other and will have trouble plugging it in, but this outlet makes it so they are safe for kids without bothersome caps like people usually use.

Would Not Recommendseveral of the neutral and hot screws stripped every time I would tighten them after putting wire around them to the point where I would physically have to remove the screws with a pair of needle-nose pliers because the screw did not want to back out. Do not buy this junk I returned the remaining Outlets for a refund and ordered a different brand online because for some reason Lowe's does not carry a quality brand in their store. Shocker
