What Customers Are Saying
The electric string trimmer is a powerful and versatile tool that provides ample power to tackle thick grass and weeds. It is well-built, balanced, and easy to use, with a comfortable grip and intuitive controls. The trimmer is efficient at quickly covering large areas, and users appreciate the convenience of not dealing with gas or batteries. However, some customers have experienced issues with the string feeding mechanism, and a few find the trimmer to be on the heavier side. Would RecommendOk. I have been a gas trimmer guy since they first came out and have had 2 and 4 cycle units but my gf needed one for her house and is not one for the gas models. First was a craftsmen which weak. Got this one and I am blown away. Great power, can add attachments like my gas model. Great buy. You can’t go wrong.
Too long
the length of the handle was way to long for average height persons and was not adjustable. Also the motor housing was heavier than expected. This made the product to cumberson for light yard work. Although it was a very good price on the item.

My first and last Kobalt string trimmer
Would Not RecommendWorst string trimmer I ever bought. Would not advance line. Looks better wrapped around the tree than it did in the box.

Good buy.
Would RecommendIt is better than excepted. It cuts well, because of the 18”span it doesn’t have a front guard. It gets the job done.

Decent little machine
Would RecommendI like how it can be rotated easily to cut flat areas or the groove beteeen sidewalk and grass. I'm still holding out on a more positive review until I have to add the exact length of 14 geet of the triming cable.

Enough power for my needs!

I was thinking about getting a battery powered or gas one at first but after reading and watching video reviews i was afraid of spending all that money just to have a battery go out in a year or two or have a gas one not start which seems to be the most problems that most owners had if they had problems.
