Super bright strobe portion works really well. I bought it while I walked my dog early morning or late at night. Along the road at some points, it's almost too bright. In strobe mode. But I will say this car is definitely slow down.So it's serving its purpose

NO FOCUSED BEAM
Would Not RecommendThis is a very bright light that will light up your whole back yard, but there is no focused beam. There is a wide beam and a beam a little less wide, but there is no focused beam. I have an older Kobalt light that really does have a focused beam that can spotlight a pine cone on a limb at 80 or 90 yards. This new one won't do that, it doesn't even come close. I'm very disappointed in this flashlight, I wish I had paid more attention to others who said they weren't impressed with the poorly ...
