I thought it annoying at first that you have to cycle through the modes to turn back off, but have since realized if you leave it on for 30+ seconds a single click will turn off, and next time back on it will start in the same mode again. Didn't notice this anywhere online or packaging, but could be there somewhere. Noticed someone else's review mentioned a "turbo" mode on the 3000 and I don't think it...

This is nice and bright light but sadly after 30 seconds of use it will dim itself down to the next lower setting even with a completely full charge. I have taken it out on walks many times fully charged at night with my wife and always the same thing. 30 seconds into my walk on the bright setting, not the turbo setting mind you, just on high, it will dim itself down to the next lower setting.
