Ratings & Reviews for Kobalt 21 -Piece Assorted Assorted Titanium coated HSS Jobber length Twist Drill Bit Set

What Customers Are Saying
Customers praise the wide variety of bit sizes and well-designed storage case that keeps bits organized and easy to find. Many report the bits perform well, drilling through steel efficiently and offering excellent value for the price. However, a substantial number experience premature bit breakage, describing the metal as brittle and weak, with some bits snapping on first use or failing like "a twig in the wall." Several compare durability unfavorably to older brands. Despite these concerns, most customers find the set worthwhile for casual DIY projects, though durability remains a persistent issue.

Would RecommendThe only negative thing I can say about this but set is the box is junk. The bits surprised me to be honest. My previous bits came from a different box store and did fairly well for a year, but the kobalt best them by a lot.
As expected quality

por quality
Would Not Recommendfirst time to use these, I broke three on simple galvanized metal roofing, even after using center punch to locate hole, and had one that separated from the hex sleeve by which the chuck grabs it. Went back to brute force methods [10 penny nail and hammer].
