Would RecommendI purchased this socket so that I could repair my Brother-in-law's Chevy truck. Now sockets are pretty simple tools and are, for the most point, obvious on usage. But this is an abnormal size for your everyday repair on small vehicles so I am thankful that it was even available.

Heavy duty
Would RecommendPurchased this to remove an axle nut. It worked flawlessly on a nut that actually made a resounding "pop" when it finally broke free. Required a 24" breaker bar attached to a 4' pipe. I'm confident it will hold up.

Would RecommendAnother fine product under the Kobalt name. Good fit and finish; Easy on/off; Easy to read size marking. . . what else can I say about a socket. The only critique would be with Lowe's website. I wish that they had the ability to display quantity of a product at selected stores.

Would RecommendI'm adding to my metric tools as needed and I needed two twelve point socket's, a 30 mm and 36 mm. A six point socket would not do because the nut was shaped like the twelve point socket I needed to loosen axle nuts on my motorcycle for the first time.
