What Customers Are Saying

Customers overwhelmingly praise the comprehensive tool selection, highlighting SAE and metric sockets, color-coded markings, and solid chrome-plated construction with a crisp, reliable ratchet. Most find it an excellent value for DIY and automotive work. However, a dominant complaint centers on the toolbox design—drawers slide uncontrollably, fail to support weight, and the case frequently falls apart or breaks upon unboxing. Many explicitly state the tools are excellent but the storage case is severely flawed. A few note missing extensions or marking wear, though these concerns pale against widespread toolbox dissatisfaction. Overall, reviewers recommend the tools despite the problematic case.

Good tools, bad case.

The case for the pieces is not very functional. Both drawers seem to be too small and are incredibly difficult to open or close. Neither will slide out enough to get the items in the back out.
