Be patient, it will work!

Great product, easy to use, just takes patience to get a stripped screw removed. Keep trying, you have to drill out your screw more than you think.

I followed the instructions and this product DOES NOT work on broken screws in concrete !!

Waste of money

Drill bit worked better than extractor. I drilled a hole for the extra or to fit in and as soon as I tried to remove the screw my extractor snapped in half.

My go to set for extractors.

I needed to back out a stripped torx bolt. The drill bit was effective and I was able to seat the back-out bit. The good news was I was able to get the frozen torx bolt to break free. The bad news was the back-out bit sheared off inside the torx bolt. I was able to use a pair of needle nose pliers to finish backing out the torx bolt. In other words “mission accomplished”. I was lucky. I think this kind of procedure may be hit or miss with the back-out bit vulnerable to shearing when a lot of tor...

It broke off in the stuck bolt. I had to weld another bolt onto the broken easy out just to remove it before buying a better brand. Just save yourself the time and get a better one.
