What Customers Are Saying
Most customers report severe durability issues, with drill bits and extractors breaking easily under normal use, snapping flush with screws or shattering immediately, leaving fragments embedded and screws unrecoverable. A smaller group achieved success with patience and proper technique, noting the tool worked effectively when conditions aligned, though even these reviewers acknowledged results felt unreliable. The widespread pattern of brittle failures and broken pieces worsening repair situations dominates customer experience, making this product unpredictable and frustrating for most users.

Very strong
Would RecommendI had a threaded bolt that I could not remove even with this extraction bit. I put all of my 240 pounds of torque and the bit took every bit of it, but I still could not get the bolt out. I’m surprised the extraction bit took every bit of it without letting loose of the bolt.

Would Not RecommendThe tip of the extractor broke despite using it twice and per the instructions.
