Would RecommendRatchet it down and it right thru. Thin pipe, like cpvc, you may want go around it and cut a little deeper each time.
Gotta be a better option
Would Not RecommendBought this tube cutter after lending my old one to a friend. We all know how that goes. Kobalt item 2146974 wasn't up to the task of cutting the sink tailpieces. They just shattered. I will keep this pvc cutter, but only use with PEX or soft hoses.
