Would Not RecommendYou have to adjust the center nut to the exact tension required to have the blades cut precisely. The small scissors was easy to adjust, it came almost set correctly, only a little adjustment was required. The large scissors could not be adjusted to get a precise cut along the entire blade length. Only the tip of the blades seemed to be in close contact with each other to make a precise cut.

They are very heavy and the first set (yes, I had to buy more of them so I could have a set) has been very good. We have used them for all sorts of heavy and light jobs and are very happy with them.
