Arrived Damaged. Meh.

Product arrived damaged on both corners and had cracked paint on one of them. This prevents the lid from closing properly and the bottom drawers will not lock when the lid is closed. Pretty disappointing. I did not want to disassemble and return for obvious reasons, but Lowe’s did give me a 10% refund. Meh. Assembly was pretty easy and I do love the toolbox. It’s a little jank so you will need to bend the metal to get things to fit and sit right. If I didn’t have the damaged one, maybe my expe...

I bought this tool box as a bundle because I couldn't buy it separately. I don't understand why because they shipped from different locations and came on different days. I didn't even need the tools. The tool box had obviously been dropped due to several dents. I kept the tool box because it would be a hassle to return it.

Sturdy construction and great for moving around.

Sturdy, good storage and easily moved around the garage. This is the second one I purchased.

So happy with this! I put it together myself, with a bit of extra effort to get the main chest on the base. Holds more than I expected and love the pink!

Purchase in store or risk receing a damaged item

Purchased and the only option was shipping. Shipping had multiple delays and when the item finally arrived it was damaged. Not worth the headache to go to the store for an exchange since there an none available in my local area and will not accept another to be shipped.

Not the same shade of pink

Not the easiest to put together and the shade of pink Isn’t the same as the pink table or pink tool bench. Some quality issues and some bolts in very tight places.

DROPPED

It serves its purpose ! It was damaged back left corner top. Looks like it was dropped, I straightened it out best I could. Some players and rubber mallet. Also the 2 small drawers would not lock down, I added stoppers on the top of the 2 plastic slide down drawer lock !

Just what I needed. Nothing more and nothing less.

I like it, just wish it was available in pink

Nice cart but was damaged.

I was disappointed with this purchase. The tool cart arrived three days later than expected, which was frustrating since I needed it for work. To make matters worse, it was damaged during shipping, with dents that made it harder than what it should have been to put together. While the cart may still be usable, receiving it in this condition and late is unacceptable. I hope the seller improves both their shipping process and packaging to prevent this from happening to other customers.

Damaged in shipping

I've seen this issue brought up a few times, so I'm going to add to that. Buyer beware , if product is being shipped it does seem that the chances of being damaged upon arrival are more likely than the norm

I have been using this toolbox as a shirt station, with all of my shirt making and heat pressing supplies. It is the perfect setup in my office, and the wheels offer the mobility I need to easily store my supplies out-of-sight!
