I returned this product. The non contact voltage detection probe did not work. I tested the batteries it came with, verified battery orientation and it would not power on. I contacted Klein and they advised to return the whole pack back to Lowe’s. I got a replacement item and it had the same problem, so I had an employee assist me and we tested a 3rd unit and it also failed to power up. I ended up getting the Kobalt brand.

Would Recommendit's a very simple meter, maybe TOO simple? it has 4 lights that light up based on how high of voltage you're testing. it doesn't read out exact numbers. if 3 out of 4 lights are on, you know you have ~around~ 120v. THE PLASTIC SLIDES OFF THE PROBE TIPS! SO MANY COMPLAINTS THE TIPS ARE TOO SHORT!

Would Not RecommendThe voltage stick does not work. Changed the batteries, still does not work. Took it back. Customer service could not find it on my credit card. I bought another one. Same thing, does not work. Bought a Kobalt, it works great.

Would Not RecommendThe outlet tester was the only of the three items in the kit that worked. The voltage tester won't do anything and the contactless tester is a dud, too. Real frustrating.

Works well but a little pricey in my opinion.
Would RecommendWill test for multiple voltages however would like to have seen it go below 24 volts to 12 volts.
Very poor range
Would Not RecommendThe range on the contactless voltage sensor is very close; you have to be practically physically touching the right "hot" side of the receptacle to get it to go off. The Harbor Freight version beeps and reacts when its a couple inches from the receptacle. Disappointed for a Klein tool. I gave it to my toddler to play with since is was more useful for that.
