Would Not RecommendSimple way to ensure the outlet is not energized before starting work. Was able to map out all the circuits in my new home to the breaker panel with minimal effort.

Would RecommendFinally it has nice feature - ability to check DC voltage! I wish that it had a NCV tester - able to faster check for presence of AC voltage without using leads. Also leads are extremely short! - makes it very awkward to operate.
