Would Not RecommendI have a hand riveter that tends to leave a lot of rivet stem behind it. So I bought these to cut ALUMINUM 3/16" rivet stems flush to the rivet. After one day's use and approximately 5 ALUMINUM rivet stems, the blades are bent in and useless. The package shows them cutting a thin bolt, which would be made of steel. Don't buy it.

This angled cutter keeps you violation free and does not leave the sharp, exposed remains of a tie to rip the meat off the top of your hand like when common wire cutters are used by rookies.
