What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise the solid, heavy-duty construction and durability of these tools, with reviewers noting they withstand daily professional use without wear. The wire strippers cut clean without damaging wire, cutters stay sharp, and insulated screwdrivers fit precisely for electrical work. Users consistently highlight comfortable grips that reduce hand fatigue during extended use, making them ideal for professionals. A few isolated defects were reported, including a weak screwdriver tip and missing spring lock, but these were rare exceptions. Overall, most customers consider these tools reliable, top-quality performers for serious electrical work.

Disappointed
Would Not RecommendDisappointed. Purchased and the 1st time I really put some force on it, the tip twisted right off. I took it back to lowes and had lost my receipt. They refused to exchange it. I tried a couple other stores and same thing. Had the same experience with a Craftsman ratchet. Lowes will not stand behind their products. Terrible customer service
