What Customers Are Saying

Customers overwhelmingly praise these tools for exceptional build quality, reliability, and safety. Reviewers consistently highlight sturdy construction, precise engineering, and materials built to withstand heavy use. The insulated handles and non-slip grips provide critical safety for electrical work near live circuits while reducing hand fatigue. Many electricians note comfortable, ergonomic design and lightweight feel. The trusted reputation makes these the preferred choice for electrical tasks. I’ve used these in the past at my job. Decided to get some for home. I’ve used Kline tools for my entire professional career of 48 years. Never had one of them disappoint me.

Disappointed

 Would Not Recommend

Disappointed. Purchased and the 1st time I really put some force on it, the tip twisted right off. I took it back to lowes and had lost my receipt. They refused to exchange it. I tried a couple other stores and same thing. Had the same experience with a Craftsman ratchet. Lowes will not stand behind their products. Terrible customer service
