Reviewers consistently highlight effortless cutting performance, describing the action as "cuts like butter" and noting effectiveness on tough materials like SOOW cord and nails. The made-in-USA reputation and long-standing brand heritage are frequently cited as key factors in customer loyalty, with many stating they've used these tools for 40+ years. A few mention minor issues like slight rust spots or wishing for longer handles, but these isolated concerns barely register against the overwhelming satisfaction and trust customers place in this tool.
