Shift while getting up and down
Would Not RecommendI got these because they are gel and non-marring which they are. But I get down and up a lot to get tools or move to the next section and the pads tend to slide down my leg or shift around toward the side. The kneeling surface is flat not cupped and the sides are padded, both make them comfortable but don't hold them in place. I think if you spent long periods on your knees with a helper to bring you material and tools they would be good, but for moving around I prefer a more cupped kneepad.

Would RecommendIv wore about every brand of knee pads and these are my favorite , the flexible band behind knee doesn’t cut circulation off like most pads do.. definitely worth the money.
