A bottom piece that opens on top
Would Not RecommendMake it make sense. This piece sits on bottom. To get to the supplies inside, all other pieces must be disassembled. This defeats the purpose of a stacked rolling toolbox. Returning for a bottom piece with a drawer that pulls out instead. Weird.
