What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise this ratcheting screwdriver for its smooth, reliable ratcheting mechanism and clever onboard bit storage that eliminates carrying multiple tools. The durable construction feels solid and well-made, with a compact size and long bit shafts ideal for tight spaces. Most appreciate the full range of Phillips bits, including the rare #3 size, and the ability to use bits interchangeably with impact drivers. A few report grip delamination after weeks of use, and some note the directional switch lacks a prominent click or wish bits were magnetic and available separately. Despite minor concerns, nearly all reviewers recommend the tool.

Would Not RecommendI bought the screwdriver two months ago and had used it intermittently, I had really liked it and enjoyed the ratcheting feature of it, and the compact storage of the double ended bits. however, for some reason, it no longer holds the bit in the ratcheting head and it falls out if I turn it upside down. Not sure what happened, but disappointed that it seems to have failed.
Klein makes excellent tools and this is no exception convenient bit Storage great quality item

Easy to use
Would RecommendI like this screwdriver, it would be helpful if they added icons for which way is for screwing and unscrewing but not necessary. The bits are holding up well and I can even use them in my impact if necessary! Really good for beginners in the trades.

Poorly made
Would Not RecommendCompartment that holds the extra bits isn't attach very securely. It completely came apart the second time we used it. Returning for a refund.
