What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise these wire strippers for exceptional quality, durability, and precision. The cutting edges remain sharp and grips stay clean even after prolonged daily use in demanding environments. Most highlight comfortable, ergonomic design with non-slip grips that reduce hand fatigue during extended work. The multi-function capability strips various wire sizes and includes an integrated crimper, eliminating the need for multiple tools. A few suggest minor improvements like automatic handle springs or stainless steel options, but these are framed as enhancements rather than flaws. Overall, reviewers consistently recommend these as reliable, professional-grade tools worth the investment.

Would Not RecommendThe strippers in the store aren't the 1019, they're the 1009, which is supposed to be $2 cheaper.

Good, but...
Would Not RecommendI like that they're beefier and there's more options for smaller wire, but there's no spring assit. Didn't notice that when I bought them. Because of that, they're a fail in my eyes. Going to buy a different pair.

These strippers are pretty solid.
Would RecommendFor me, the best think about these wire strippers is the wide range of wire sizes that this tool covers. As a controls technician, these handle everything from 10 gauge wire to the tiny 28 gauge control wiring used on most sensor cables. That means one less tool to carry in my tool pouch.
