Complete Enviro friendly garbage!
Would Not RecommendI would not give it any stars but then can't write review! Did not take dried S W Duration off at all. Soaked overnight with no results. The next day I had to put Acetone with it and soak it again to make it work but even that did not get it all out!

Doesn't Work Very Well
Didn't work very well on two brushes with dried latex paint. I let them soak in the cleaner considerably longer than the instructions recommend and still found very little improvement in the condition of the brushes.

Useless, ruined my brushes
This brush cleaner does nothing, it was a waste of money. Latex paint only, brushes had been properly cleaned in between coats, but of course some is always up near the metal base. At the end of the project I let my brushes soak in this for 24 hrs, agitated, let it soak again for 24h in fresh stuff as instructed. The paint was gummy but not coming out. Worthless
I bought this to clean some parts of my paint sprayer that had dried latex paint on them. I poured it into a small bucket to soak the pieces overnight, but it didn't do anything to remove the dried paint, even though it says it works on dry paint. When I took the container back to the store and asked for a refund, they wouldn't give me one because the container was empty. I had to use the whole container to cover all the odd sized pieces. I wish I was able to read reviews before buying. If anyone from Lowe's reads this, STOP SELLING THIS PRODUCT. Try it and you will see how useless this product is. I've now ruined 2 expensive brushes. Cleans my brush well and more
While I have only used this thinner a few times, I've loved it every time. I have mainly used it with stain and poly, however, it cleans my brush well and doesn't tear up my hands (I have dry skin anyway) like regular spirits or thinner does. Would recommend it for sure. Not sure about soaking dried paint in it, as my use has been fairly soon after coating a project.

The label says its supposed to clean brushes that have dried out. So, i put a bunch of brushes in a container full of Jasco Brush Cleaner and only some of them could be considered re-usable.
