What Customers Are Saying
The brush cleaner product received mixed reviews. While some customers found it effective at cleaning brushes, especially for removing dried paint, the majority reported that it was largely ineffective and required extensive soaking and additional scrubbing to see any results. Many felt it was a waste of money compared to using regular soap and water or acetone. However, a few appreciated its ease of use and environmentally-friendly nature.

Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used Koran Strip for two of my favorite paint brushes that had been left soaking in a product that did not get them clean, at all. I was afraid that I would have had to throw them out until I let them sit in a jar of Klean Strip overnight. My brushes are back to their original state, clean and fully functional. There was no odor that I could tell and the product washed out easily. This is my new go to paint brush cleaner. You will not be disa...

Keeps my brushes soft
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this as a little extra boost to cleaning the latex paint out of my brushes. My workflow is too wash with mild soap (dish soap, typically) and water, then soak overnight in Klean Strip Green Brush Cleaner. I like this cleaner because it does not have a strong smell.

Works great, strong smell
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have been remodeling our entire house so we have what feels like 20 different paint cans and a million brushes all over the house lol. This makes cleaning the brushes a breeze, it works fast, and seems like it gets them way cleaner than just hot water. It does have a slightly potent smell, but as long as you use it in a well ventilated area you're good. It doesn't take much either.

Cleaning brushes easy
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cleanup after painting was much easier. This brush cleaner worked great to clean oil based paint from paint brushes. I do not think the cleaner has an unpleasant odor - it was easy on my hands. It looks white similar to milk just pour enough cleaner to cover paint brushes bristles and it will go to work cleaning the dried on paint off.

Paint remover
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Used on some old paint brushes and rollers it loosened up the paint but didn’t clean all the way. Used on freshly used brushes and it cleaned them all the way and made the brushes useable again. Love that it not harsh on skin contact and doesn’t have a strong odor.

love this stuff to clean brushes
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this because I am always needing something to clean my paintbrushes and have not found something to do that yet. This works amazing! Doesn't leave an oily residue and leaves the brushes looking brand new. Highly recommend it

Garbage
Would Not RecommendThis is worthless. It wont clean any kind of paint off a brush. In fact it will eventually dry on the brush so now you have a brush with dry paint and dry cleaner on it
AWEFUL PRODUCT
Would Not RecommendThis product is as thick as gravy and is difficult to clean out of the brush. I found myself having to buy paint thinner to clean the excess! This is a horrible product and I do NOT recommend anyone else to purchase it. I’m returning mine after the holidays.
Disappointed
Would Not RecommendI was a bit disappointed. I had a brush with dried oil paint a it didn’t do anything. I ended up using paint remover to clean my paint brush.
For duty brushes only
Would Not RecommendJasco this is not one of your best products by a long shot. The three brushes that needed cleaning only the new latex brush came mostly clean. The other two needed paint thinner to get them clean. Was nothing like your can said it would do.
garbage
Would Not Recommendsame manufacture as Walmart brand. Lowes needs to take it off the shelves to maintain some level of dignity.
Did not work on dried latex paint
Would Not RecommendI used the product as described on dried latex paint. This product did not work. The brushes look just as bad as when i started. I was very disappointed .
CRAP!!!
Would Not RecommendWish I read the reviews before my purchase. You might as well use milk as it won't work either. What a piece of CRAP!!!!!! Never again will I purchase a Jasco product.
Creamy texture to it. Not very effective. Bring back the orginal non green version
Looks like buttermilk but less effective
Would Not RecommendAnd buttermilk would have probably worked better. I had one brush that hadn't been cleaned very well the day before. The brush was used for latex paint only and never really dried all the way out. This alleged "brush cleaner" did not dissolve, soften or loosen one spec of paint. I found a jar that the brush could fit in, I hung the brush and sealed the jar with plastic wrap. 3 days of the bristles being completely submerged and there was no change to the amount of paint still in the brush or the...
Does not work
Would Not RecommendWhat ever happened to the real brush cleaner? Don't waste your money on this. I'm talking water based latex paint and it did not get any off the brush after leaving it submerged for over 24 hours.
Does nothing
Would Not RecommendIf I could give 0 stars I would. Somethings just are not meant to be "green". This brush cleaner did not even loosen one bit of paint. Pointless waste of money. The only reason I purchased was because they were out of the regular..... never again
