Fake turpentine that stinks
Would Not RecommendI accidentally bought this thinking it was acetone, which was right next to it. Once I realized this, I figured it would do for the job. I noticed right away that it didn't smell the way I remembered turpentine smelling. It had a strong smell like citrus stripper. I dabbed just a little on a rag and that was a mistake. The smell spread through the whole garage and into the house. The next day, the smell was just as strong. I had to take the rag outside and leave it.
This product is also good to keep bugs away
This product my parents always use growing up to keep snakes away. I was happy to find it at Lowe's you guys didn't carry the gallon like I always get but I bought two of the smaller ones.

Turpentine Fit the Bill
Would RecommendThis turpentine fit the bill. Good size for storage in my chemical locker. Top was easy to prise with a flat edge screw driver. The smell was decidely noxious, verefying that indeed this is the real stuff. I like to know when I'm being exposed to chemicals so the smell is important to me. Reminds me art school and my youth!
