Food gets spoiled easily on the top two shelves

Temperature in refrigerator is not cold enough, freezer works well. Food such as milk on top shelf can turn spoiled in a few days.

Bad Design

This fridge has design flaws. 1. After two attempts to repair the issue, the fridge still freezes over. This is due to the fan motor not being strong enough or remain on long enough to pull air through to dry the cooling components. The fridge then shuts down on its own and ruins a refrigerator full of food. Parts Break on everything

Ice maker had to be replaced 3 times. The drawers are all cheap and the plastic handles snap. Avoid this Fridge as the quality is lacking and good luck finding decent replacement parts.

TRASH!!!

I bought this refrigerator about a year ago and have absolutely nothing but issues. The freezer and ice maker are extremely loud (when the ice maker actually works) even just filling up with water is horrible. The ice maker has now broken three times. They sent out a tech and we needed a whole new freezer door. Waited forever and when the door finally showed up it wasn't even the right color so we had to wait on another one. Kitchen Aid Fridge

I bought this fridge a few months ago and I do like it. I like the double doors better than the freezer on the bottom. I love the ice dispenser. I find the controls confusing to operate. One day shortly after I had it the freezer was not working. Don't know why but reprograming took care of that issue. Good deal for the money.

Only had it for less than a month but appears to be working as advertised. Hoping this lasts at least 15 years like the Kenmore I had before.

Great Refrigerator except.

The cubes are so small, they melt very quickly and if you try to get an ice cube from the dispenser bucket inside the freezer, the least bit of ice build up will not let it close and you have to pull out the whole bucket and find out why it will not close. Miss the good old days

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] They just don’t make them like they used to. Drawers very cheap qualityAnd handles not level with each. The ice on the door is a nice feature. Outside seems sturdy but shelving inside along with drawers just seem cheap.

Features are good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Roughly 6 Months old and no ice or water. Unit broke about a Month ago, still waiting to make the full repair. The scheduled repair ( second visit ) the 22nd of September. Seems too long, but maybe this is normal?? Repair guy had US take the draws out. Leaving with the draws out; Fridge had to be moved out to reinstall he draws. Just seems unprofessional maybe this is normal?? Thanks for asking…….

A BIG Disappointment

We bought this fridge in March of 2023. It is now August 2025. The ice maker has broken twice. The lights on the freezer side have already gone out and the indicator that the water filter needs replacement is broken. We paid over $1000.00 more for this fridge because it was a reputable brand and the quality appeared to be WAY above the competition. We were VERY wrong. Consider us very frustrated.
