Excellent luxury Kitchen aid side by side

This is same frig I had 15 yrs ago And it’s gorgeous so quiet like the ice maker it’s nice looking

Noisy

Very disappointed! I’ve called the manufacturer about it freezing products in the refrigerator. It runs continuously noisily. Hopefully the repairman can fix it, otherwise I’m going to replace it.

Terrible Product

Freezer quit working after one week and now the refrigerator is going out. Appliance is less than 30 days old. Kitchenaid says we just have to wait the three weeks for parts and live without a refrigerator.

Horrid ice maker

The refrigerator works well and I really like the surround lighting and layout. The freezer gets cold and the water dispenser works as it should. The icemaker is a dud. It has never made a full cycle of ice. No response from Kitchenaid.

Disappointing

This is our fourth Kitchenaid refrigerator. Sadly, the compressor failed and the cost to repair it was almost half the purchase of a new refrigerator. We've always had very good luck and have been very pleased with our KitchenAid refrigerators. The last one had beautiful lighting the shelves and drawers were substantial and they offered great flexibility. A Step Above

Our new KitchenAid refrigerator is exactly what we had hoped for and expected in a KitchenAid appliance. It is built well and has built in features we that add to convenience in use.

Roomy but surprises

The best part of it is that it seems to have a lot more space then the one it replaced. Here are some specific points. a) Although the shelves are advertised as adjustable, they are not. Cheaply made for kitchen aid disappointed

Each of our drawers have broken. Ice machine has broken. I don’t think it’s keeps temps evenly.

New Kitchen Aid Frige Review

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Additional capacity in same fridge space is a true plus and the lighting is good. Wish the interior walls were white instead of gray. Would have rated as 5 stars but ice maker is slow- makes a tray of these small cubes in around 1.5 hours at 0-degree freezer temperature setting. Barely enough ice to keep up with the two of us- only my wife and myself.

KitchenAid for the win!

Worth every penny, the family loves the new fridge. Looks great because my toddlers fingerprints don’t stay on the fridge.

Very roomy

Ive had it only a couple of days, very happy with this purchase. I appreciate the ice maker on the door, extra room in the freezer. The measured water dispenser, nice plus. Nice features

Delivery disappointed

Refrigerator might turn out good but it was installed improperly and very sloppy. Everything inside was left taped down and removal of tape after crew left leaves sticky residue on inside of refrigerator and freezer. Water and ice were not hooked up, etc.. what did I pay for with the installation cost. Anyone can carry an appliance in the house. Now I can’t get any help.

Kitchen Aid is the way to go. Avoid LG

We bought this refrigerator as a replacement for our 6-year-old LG which required a major repair. So far, we love the refrigerator and it is working well. Nice layout of drawer and shelf space.
