Nice Compact Counter Depth Refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very nice looking refrigerator; good counter depth fit. I like the stainless steel flat front and the handles. Not very spacious inside. The drawers are quite small and flimsy. The freezer side door attachments are not very spacious along with the drawers which doesn’t hold much. The water dispenser is nice as it counts how many ounces you are using. I like the amount of ice it makes on the inside and it is very easily accessible.

Good basic refrigerator, dislike door bin design

19.9 cu ft fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like having a counter depth fridge, I like the way the fridge is organized with drawers and such. I am disappointed with this fridge because the middle drawer does not work properly. It does not slide in and out easily, I always have to jiggle it and almost force it to close. I would not recommend this fridge to anyone else.

Buyer's remorse.

The issues are: Both sections of the refrigerator are not cooling properly. The plastic arm for the ice maker is stuck in the up position. and at times it makes a loud buzzing sound. A repair tection is required.

Happy with purchase

We do like the exterior water and ice dispenser, since our previous Kitchen Aid refrigerator had the water dispenser inside the refrigerator and the ice maker in the freezer. The only negative is the top refrigerator shelf that has the wine rack underneath, which does not leave proper height for the 2nd shelf.

problems

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The fresh flow thing was of such poor quality that it broke apart as I was attempting to install it and it made a mess. The crisper drawers are rather flimsy and don't close easily. The ice dispenser shoots ice all over in all directions. There were not enough shelfs that came with it but when I looked into buying more the price was outrageous. I also don't appreciate the overpriced cost of the water filter.

Sharp Edges!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The fridge and freezer work well, BUT every time we reach into the vegetables drawers, we get cut. There are other sharp plastic edges in other places as well. I can't believe that's an issue with a brand like KitchenAid.
