Noisy
Very disappointed! I’ve called the manufacturer about it freezing products in the refrigerator. It runs continuously noisily. Hopefully the repairman can fix it, otherwise I’m going to replace it.

Terrible Product
Would Not RecommendFreezer quit working after one week and now the refrigerator is going out. Appliance is less than 30 days old. Kitchenaid says we just have to wait the three weeks for parts and live without a refrigerator.

Horrid ice maker
Would Not RecommendThe refrigerator works well and I really like the surround lighting and layout. The freezer gets cold and the water dispenser works as it should. The icemaker is a dud. It has never made a full cycle of ice. No response from Kitchenaid.

Bad icemaker
Would Not Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The ice maker will not make ice. It made about half a loaf of ice and stopped working. I attempted to turn it off and back on. Turned it off for an hour and turned it back on. Nothing. Water dispenser works fine, so supply is not the issue.

Would Not RecommendThis is our fourth Kitchenaid refrigerator. Sadly, the compressor failed and the cost to repair it was almost half the purchase of a new refrigerator. We've always had very good luck and have been very pleased with our KitchenAid refrigerators. Delivery disappointed
Would Not RecommendRefrigerator might turn out good but it was installed improperly and very sloppy. Everything inside was left taped down and removal of tape after crew left leaves sticky residue on inside of refrigerator and freezer. Water and ice were not hooked up, etc.. what did I pay for with the installation cost. Anyone can carry an appliance in the house. Now I can’t get any help.
