Terrible feature!

I cannot change the temperature of the refrigerator. My vegetables are freezing in the drawer. What a waste of money!

Do not recommend

Everything you read is not accurate at all. I will never recommend dealing with Whirlpool or trust anything they post. My measurements were accurate and frig install beautifully and I cannot open doors due to false advertising in the space needed to open the doors.

Perfect fit - Limited Features

Great fit. Space is limited, but that is more the fault of the house. Would like the ability to adjust size of shelving but we are making it work fine. Would have also liked to see a water dispenser on the inside, but given that this is a little more cost effective of a fridge it is understandable. Has a nice aesthetic. Overall we are happy with the purchase.

Disappointed

I will say my first down fall was ordering an item online without seeing a floor model. Which I could not find one in my area. First none of the shelves are adjusted and there is no place to open wine bottles or champagne, second there is no water dispenser inside as most have, third is no filtered ice and the ice quantity is bare minimum like 8 cubes at a time. Delivery team was rough on the install, tore the front entry screen door, scratched aluminum entry framing also took paint off the door...

Broken ice maker less than 3 months

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I threw away a LG under warranty due to compressor and ice machine ices. Felt good about Kitchen Aid until the ice machine was recently replaced; let the repairs begin.

Love this Fridge!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely love the fridge. Only reason I am giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because there is no water filter for the ice maker, so we had to buy our own. Additionally, the ice maker is very loud when pouring water to make ice. Other than that, we love it and would definitely buy again!

Design flaws

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Doors must be pushed to close. Door shelves cannot be adjusted to accommodate tall bottles with stoppers.

Flexible 4 door

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this about a month ago. We like the design and look. But this needs more space for refrigeration. Though you can adjust temperature for 3rd door but that only for freezer items. But it works well for the rest and keeps vegetables fresh in the space that is available. Note it has no water dispenser. We did not need one as we have a central water filtration system. Icing works well.

Plenty of space and great looks inside.

Broken Part

Upon delivery the inside door cubby was cracked. Lowes is unable to assist with this issue; they want me to contact KitchenAid. I did not purchase through the vendor, I purchased from Lowes.

Good Fridge

I paid around $2,100 and consider this fridge a good purchase. It’s quiet, has good interior lighting, interesting interior color, and kind of dignified, smooth rolling, pull-out storage bins. See my photo where I removed the top shelf, and also 2 door storage bins because it provides greater clearance to reach in and put things away. Evap coils are on the sides rather than the back. Only fridge that was not too wide for depth

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great fridge-but most importantly does not stick out into room beyond “countertop depth”. Also extremy quiet too. Old fridge was so loud could not hear ocean outstretched dr-now loud and clear!

Poorly designed

Bought this one and there are a few disappointing things. The biggest is the metal knobs on the 4 freezer drawers. Not a great feature when hands are even a little damp that they stick to the knobs. Kitchen aid has no other choices and cannot find anything at the hardware store. The other issue is that the drawers look like a good size but you cant put much in them as they have a slant that stops you from putting anything more in them. Would not choose this item ever again. Great features if you do not need water & ice

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this just a few weeks ago and impressed with how quiet it is and the features, including the temperature controls for various parts of the refrigerator. If you need water and ice in the door, this will not provide that, however it does have a good icemaker. I bought a model without door handles however, now I have to think about where to hang my towels ha ha.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I bought this in December,2025. Although smaller than the other fridge, the inside layout of shelves is more efficient. The freezer is wonderful with its own bins. Because I am short, the 4 doors make everything easier to access.

Love the Look!

The second one they sent, about a week later, the ice maker did not work due to frozen ice in line. Since that has been resolved, the refrigerator is working fine! The freezer bins knobs has a nice finger placement surface, however the bins feel a little light. I do love the wood grain look. Nice refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this refrigerator about two weeks ago this Saturday after Thanksgiving. So far, it works very well it’s extremely nice aesthetically pleasing if you’re trying to get a refrigerator for a large Family this isn’t it. I live alone, so this is perfect for me. Honestly, I would say it’s a good size for a small family.

All I expected and more

The dual doors on top without the ice make in the area gives a great deal more usable space. The dual doors on the bottom all the separation of foods needing different temps. The icemaker works very well. I enjoy the pull out tray in the frig for all charcuterie items and the closed in drawers are a huge improvement over open area in the freezer.
