Second kitchenaid with a bad freezer

This is the second Kitchenaid fridge we've purchased in six months that has had the freezer go out in less than 3 months. We bought one in May, plugged that in and the freezer wouldn't even turn out. Kitchenaid said it would take 3-4 months to fix because the entire components were bad and it took a while to get them. We purchased this one in July, and today the same thing happened. Beautiful and Just Perfect

Pretty as kitchen art, but the IT needs help

Firstly, I don't mind the control settings on the inside of the left door, but really, a notification that the door is open??? (which is the only way to access the temp settings, etc.) Secondly, I recently found out that a well known problem exists with the "Lock" on the Intelligent Auto Fill feature. Run from this refrigerator

We bought this refrigerator on Labor Day and less than a week after delivery, the ice makers stopped working. Kitchen Aid sent a tech who said there is a known problem with the water valves in this model, which prevents proper ice production. There is a kit that fixes the issue, but it is going to take weeks to receive it. This is beyond unacceptable for a $3,500 appliance. We are weighing if we want to return it. Buyer beware.

Bad manual

For this price, I am disappointed with having errors on my door that don’t correspond to the manual. There are a few different variations of this model apparently so watch out you don’t get the one that doesn’t match the manual. I have no idea what the red symbols mean and how to fix (because it isn’t clearly labeled in your manual). Thank you KitchenAid. Water dispenser issue

Door water dispenser actually worked for 12 hours after delivery then totally stopped.

We have had the new fridge about a month; it has met all our needs to date. Love that it has ice in two different places and the self-water fill is great. The biggest difference from our last fridge is the door seal, this one has a very light touch. Have had to check to see if its closed more than once.

Excellent Fridge!

Purchased at the Lowe’s Outlet. This is an amazing fridge and I am ext happy with it. Selection was easy, support was seamless and delivery on time and flexible with my schedule.

No delivery and no response when it will be delive

Waited for my 1:00-5:00 delivery. At 6:45 I called to see where my refrigerator was to be told it would not be delivered today. I called customer service, no courtesy call from Lowe’s. Now I have to wait 24 hours for a call back to be rescheduled! Unbelievable!!!!!!!! I should be the first stop on tomorrow’s deliveries! Last time we purchase from Lowe’s.
