KitchenAid Counter-Depth Intelligent Auto Fill 23.1-cu ft 3 -Door 36-in Wide French Door Refrigerator with Dual Ice Maker ( Black Ore ) ENERGY STAR Certified

Pretty as kitchen art, but the IT needs help

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There are a few things that I've discovered to be well known but unresolved quirks or down right problems. Firstly, I don't mind the control settings on the inside of the left door, but really, a notification that the door is open??? (which is the only way to access the temp settings, etc.) Secondly, I recently found out that a well known problem exists with the "Lock" on the Intelligent Auto Fill feature. My wife locked it when we had a 3 yea...

Run from this refrigerator

We bought this refrigerator on Labor Day and less than a week after delivery, the ice makers stopped working. Kitchen Aid sent a tech who said there is a known problem with the water valves in this model, which prevents proper ice production. There is a kit that fixes the issue, but it is going to take weeks to receive it. This is beyond unacceptable for a $3,500 appliance. We are weighing if we want to return it. Buyer beware.

Like this fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We needed to buy a new fridge in a hurry as our existing fridge died. We picked this out due to being able to get it quickly and it fitting in our cabinet space. I was originally concerned because we didn’t have time to comparison shop but have been pleased with it. I like the organization and flexible upper shelving set up. The freezer is plenty big and also has organization features. The only issue ( and I’ve seen this mentioned by ot...

Gret features

I love this refrigerator - the dual icemaker is wonderful. Bright LED lights are great.

Bad manual

For this price, I am disappointed with having errors on my door that don’t correspond to the manual. There are a few different variations of this model apparently so watch out you don’t get the one that doesn’t match the manual. I have no idea what the red symbols mean and how to fix (because it isn’t clearly labeled in your manual). Thank you KitchenAid. Also, I read the whole stupid thing, but please don’t make people do this. Maybe a handy little guide showing what the symbols mean and how to...

Water dispenser issue

Door water dispenser actually worked for 12 hours after delivery then totally stopped.

We have had the new fridge about a month; it has met all our needs to date. Love that it has ice in two different places and the self-water fill is great. The biggest difference from our last fridge is the door seal, this one has a very light touch. Have had to check to see if its closed more than once.

Excellent Fridge!

Purchased at the Lowe’s Outlet. This is an amazing fridge and I am ext happy with it. Selection was easy, support was seamless and delivery on time and flexible with my schedule.
