Would Not RecommendThis unit is a piece of junk. It has never worked as advertised. All instructions were followed, as well as numerous emails and calls to KitchenAid customer service. The air fryer cooks unevenly. How does that happen when the air is circulating? The microwave, despite adjusted to the max power, is weak to the point of taking 3 minutes to warm a cup of coffee! Entirely disappointing product with equally disappointing customer service. Don't spend the extra $$$$ for a "luxury" brand.
Looks nice but is kind of useless
Would Not RecommendTakes almost double the amount of time to microwave or do any of the many features it says it can do. It’s insanely frustrating especially given how expensive it is. Choose a different style, even if you love the juniper. We have had issues within 2 weeks with our oven not even working.

Would RecommendProduct is good. Installation wasn't. Installer didn't respect the product or my home. Disappointed with whole installation process. Installer left a mess and didn't bring anything of his own but was asking me for items after making a complete mess. Drilled extra holes in my kitchen cabinets that weren't necessary. Also bent up up the top of unit by using excessive force where the air vents were.
