Ok Microwave

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This microwave is ok especially if you are doing a whole kitchen with matching appliances. You need to make sure to install is lower so that it is easy to get things in and out and to clean it.

Great Product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this built in microwave to replace another brand. I have replaced my kitchen appliances (microwave, oven and dishwasher) when needed with KitchenAid products. The microwave has a large capacity, which is often very useful. I can easily stack two plates with covers for reheating leftovers. The wattage of this microwave allows all kinds of food to be cooked in a timely manner. Food heats and cooks evenly in this microwave. The touch ...

Aesthetically pleasing and commercial feel.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Microwave has a handsome appearance and commercial feel. Heavy feel and substantial handle provides a perception of a much more expensive unit. Quality of the finish and seamlessness of the installation provides a high end appeal for a new build or a modern remodel. Would prefer if it had an interior light, but the large capacity, minimal noise while in use, and easy cooking controls make for a pleasant addition to the kitchen.

Great overall performance with excellent value

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Product does the best heating of any microwave we have every owned. The microwave provides great value to for what you get in a full feature microwave. Abut the only thing I didnt like was that you have to hit a separate button to close out heating and to be able to open the door.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very happy with this microwave. It has a large capacity and heats very well. The control panel is simple to use. My only concern is the glass rotating tray tends to dislodge easily from the center sprocket. When using oven mitts to pull out large dishes , it tends to fall out.

door is stuck

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This microwave has a side-hinge door and the door is often stuck closed and very difficult to open the door. We had it replaced within the first 30 days as the door wouldn't open at all. The replacement one is almost as bad. Kitchenaid should stop selling this model. We have to pry the door open with fingernail. Please contact us to replace!

The Perfect Microwave

This microwave has several features that make heating and cooking easy. The compact size is perfect. The inside it still very large and I have yet to find an item that does not fit. Food comes out hot all the way through without leaving any cold spots. The outside finish is super easy to keep cleaned. This was the perfect addition to my kitchen re...

Perfect microwave

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This unit replaced an existing micro wave and we are very pleased with the beautiful look that matches the rest of our appliances. The installation was flawless, the operation is quiet and the cooking performance is top-notch. It cooks very evenly and consistently. Overall we are very satisfied!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It has been great. There are things about it I still dont know how to use. But has functioned perfectly and is large enough. The only problem I seem to have is the presetting for popcorn. It gets real hot when popping pop corn and the preset is off. It seems that there are two preset popcorn settings, the lowest one does nothing, so I always select the higher one, but it still does not pop all the way. I have to hurriedly open the door, sha...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The KitchenAid microwave is a great appliance. We have had it for a couple of years now and have not had any issues with its operation or function- no loose handles or doors. It is easy to use. Buttons and dials are easy to access and understand. It does a great job.
