Beautiful Range

The only issue I have is with the design of the top burner placement and the cast iron grid. The front and back burners are too far toward the center. Hard to get a pan centered on a burner. The grid is beautiful, however it is only two parts.whicj makes cleaning difficult. Have to lift both off because they interlock. Aqua lift self clean.

Aqua lift self clean is a worthless feature. We are in our 70s and purchased this product based on self clean feature. We have difficulty getting on our knees...this is misleading and we regret purchasing this oven. Would like a complete refund. Since we purchased over a year ago that won't happen. We will sell this hunk of trash and never buy a Kitchen Aid product again. As to your description of "self clean " the word Charlaten comes to mind.

Perfect, our 1st gas range.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was our 1st gas range. The most expensive part was getting a new gas line run to the stove area. We can now do home canning on top of the stove as we could not with glass top electric.

Cannot control the flame level/hieght

Quality of kitchen aid product way down

After 3 years stove is not working. Quality of the kitchen aid way down. Better to buy cheaper product. Quality is the same.

NOT HAPPY

Since purchasing this stove on October 15, 2015, the build quality has been a major disappointment. First, the silver finish on the burner knobs began flaking off. While KitchenAid did send replacements, the indicator rings behind the knobs—which show the High, Medium, and Low settings—have now suffered the same fate. Why are such cheap materials being used on a brand once synonymous with quality? I’ve always trusted KitchenAid in the past, but after this experience, that confidence is gone.

Looks wonderful but the Oven is a problem

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this on 2/8 it is 3/3 - repair service is coming again tomorrow - this is the second time in 3 weeks. Sometimes the oven works sometimes it doesn't. I don't get it. I cannot really rate all the features because I cannot use the oven.I expected more because I spent the money to get a Kitchen Aid range.

Amazing range and customer service

I love this range so much! It is so nice, higher end, powerful burners, heavy grates, large knob, tons of cooking options, and it’s smart! I am also very impressed with the Kitchenaid customer service. I had an issue with the original same I purchased, and after I escalated the issue, they really came through. I am so happy and am loyal to Kitchenaid. Highly recommend!

Thin metal stovetop which scratches way too easily

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can't believe how quickly the top of this stove scratched during light usage. If not done extremely slowly and carefully, removing the 2 grates can easily gouge the top. I am extremely carefull and gentle on my appliances, but the top of this stove is NOT at all of the quality I expect from this company. Best Value and Quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We after many, many years of happiness with our old KitchenAid stove we replaced it with a new one as KitchenAid is the best value and quality for our money. We have a KithenAid dishwasher, KitchAid microwave. We wish KitchenAid made a 30" wide refrigerator too to complete our kitchen.

Great cook top and oven

Not quite right

The “user manual” was just an installation manual, with no real information on important things like what the different buttons represent and the temperature range they function at. OK range, not as good as my old Bosch

Have trouble after 2 months of use. The gas valve isn’t opening on the convection bake setting. Also the temp continues to drop on convection bake setting. Before long my temp went from 350 to 160 degrees. Not impressed after only 2 months of use. I don’t like the piezo electric start for the burners, it seems so clunky and old fashioned.
