What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise this dishwasher for exceptional cleaning and drying performance, with dishes consistently coming out sparkling clean and thoroughly dry. The near-silent operation is widely celebrated, with many noting they can barely hear it running. The third rack is highly valued for holding utensils and maximizing space. A few customers mention concerns about the middle rack configuration, and some report isolated premature failures, but these represent a small fraction compared to the strong overall satisfaction and recommendation rate.

Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It definitely holds a lot of dishes. I didn't think that we would like a third rack Dishwasher but the way this one indentions to hold cups on the 3rd rack is a game changer . It definitely cleans the dishes great. The best for drying dishes we've owned. Definitely like the fact not having to clean a filter.

Cool dishwasher
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our other dishwasher finally died on us after 5 long years of service. This kitchen aid dishwasher has larger capacity, is quieter and much easier to load. The dishes are much cleaner because we are able to spread them out more due to the larger capacity. My wife was hesitant at first about going with the brand, after looking at the technical specifications online, I was impressed. We wake up and the dishes are dry due the dishwasher opening ab...

Go back to the old ways
Would Not Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our last dishwasher was a KitchenAid, this one is louder and the rack setup is less user friendly.

Great features!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our dishes come out perfectly clean and much dryer than our previous machine performed. And all while running silently!

Best purchase of 2026
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher has changed my opinion of the state of dishwashers today. We hear in the news about an industry wide lack of performance, but this machine is amazing! Quiet, efficient, and most of all, everything... everything comes out squeaky clean! The third rack on the top is also a pleasant surprise. I expected to be disappointed with this rack that took away the ability to wash sheet pans, but it's nice addition that adds more versati...

Rethinking our Decision
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were excited for the delivery of our Kitchen Aid Dishwasher. We've had it for just over a month and have found it to be underwhelming. There are many areas in which the dishwasher performs well -- it's capacity is great, it's quiet, and dries well. Our frustration is with the cleaning. Coffee cups, metal water bottles, plates and silicone bags generally come out fine. Bowls, pots, pans, and sometimes plates are iffy. Even when soaking and ri...

Impressive drying cycle
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s nice not having to dry my dishes as I empty the washer! The regular stale with regular drying option completely dries my dishes. I was am shocked when the door opened automatically after the dry cycle. The dishes may not be 100% dry as soon as the door opens but by the time it cools to room temperature they are dry!

Wonderful dishwasher!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Loving everything about this dishwasher! Washes and dries well. Rarely any water left on dishes. Very quiet. This is important as my kitchen and living room are “open concept. Third rack is very shallow, but works well for cooling racks, spatulas, or large serving utensils.

Almost great except for one thing
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Everything works great. Only complaint is the racks are too straight and dishes aren’t really straight like that. Don’t like the way they fit at all.

Very quiet !
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very quiet operation, a lot of extra space, much more than my 22 year old Kitcheaid dishwasher, takes a bit g etting used to loading differently. The third rack is pretty handy for odd utensils, plastic covers, etc. Overall a great dishwasher, I am hoping it holds up as long as my last one !
