Bad fit and instructions
Would Not RecommendNot what I expect from Kichler. The instructions don't address routing the wires through the tube and have you trying to run the wires through the mounting strap after the strap is up. The screws for the side straps are too short. I got one on, but when i tried to get number two or three on, the other screw caps just popped off. I bought 3 of these but didn't even bother opening a second box after the problems with the first one. Returned these. Do better Kichler.

Would RecommendProduct is excellent - we didn’t want it to hang too low so were able to shorten the chain when installing. Rated a 3 since we twice brought home purchases that were missing parts!! We ended up ordering online. The returns were easy - no questions asked but no doubt they just put it back on the shelf!

looks nice, but could use improvements
Would Not RecommendThis light looks beautiful, however, the screws they give you to put it together are to show and the screw caps do not adhere to them. We had to dig out some longer ones from the shop. Also, the rings were no packaged very well and we scratched. I was ok with it because it gave it more of a rustic look, but for the price, they could have done a better job.
