Ratings & Reviews for Kichler Barrington 29.5-in 4 Light Distressed Black Farmhouse Bathroom Vanity light

Bathroom vanity light

I purchased this for my bathroom vanity light and it goes perfectly with the aesthetic of the bathroom. It lights up the whole bathroom with ease. It was very easy to install. The quality and design is excellent. I would definitely recommend purchasing this fixture if you are going a rustic farmhouse look.

So perfect for my bathroom!!!

Love love love these lights!! Soooo btright and classy looking!!

Looks great

Very nice light fixture. I turned it the opposite way as pictured. I think it looks nicer.

Light Pickup

Order was straightforward; prompt notification; hassle-free pickup. Thanks!

Looks fake

The finish on this light is not the same as the picture and looks so fake. Highly disappointed since I only buy Kichler lights. Added two pictures below.

Great looking quality product

The only thing I didn’t like about this fixture was that the glass globes were too skinny for my fat hands. Aside from that the tool was good, the assembly was solid. It is a great fixture.

Get this...and some extra screws!

Love this Vanity Light! It's a perfect size for my bathroom and the rustic distressed wood look fits well with our decor! One thing I think would have helped installation...the screws that attach this fixture to the existing electric box could have come in a couple different sizes. Mine were too long and I had to purchase some shorter screws in order to secure the fixture tightly to the wall. It was just an extra step and a minimal inconvenience that shouldn't have been necessary. Also, I would ...

Great Look, decent price!

Looks Great. A little bit of a pain installing the glass but they provide the tool for it and you’re only doing it for setup. Otherwise love this fixture!

Don't buy this

I don't like that it is very complicated to get the glass to stay on and you have to use a tool to do so.

Replaced bathroom light

Great light that we put 60 watt bulbs in and may reduce to 40 watt due to brightness. Easy to install and can be mounted with globes either up or down, depending on mirror location.

Great product

Looks great! Easy install.

Wish we had spent less

This was twice the price of the ones we were considering. We thought this one might be really great looking, it isn't. It also arrived without any hardware so I had to contact the company for that. The globes don't hang exactly straight.

Room for improvement but beautiful

This is a BEAUTIFUL fixture; however, it has been very difficult to install. The screws are too long and the plate could definitely be set up better. We have other Kichler fixtures and have never had any problems.

Sockets are junk, lamps are unacceptable

If you enjoy frustration, buy it Returned 1st one as the retainer ring that secures glass got stuck near bottom of socket when installing. Returned and reordered, similar issue with socket, appears the issue is with threads (not the retainer ring, as it works on adjacent socket). Still trying to find a solution. Also, the lamp color is unacceptable and they're HOT, bought LED replacements. While I like the look, would not recommend.

Clear lights brighten room better then yellow

Love everything about it

Take note that it is “faux wood” but looks great

Looks absolutely wonderful in the bathroom. Installed with globes downward. Was installed in under 30 minutes. Planning on buying another for the master bathroom.
