The Grill I ordered from you was a Christmas Gift. I ordered the Black and Copper. That's what the Packing Slip stated as well. When we opened Christmas Morning, it was the WRONG Grill. Very disappointed and too late to do anything about it.

The grill is dented and missing enamel. I can see where it was hit with something hard because there are scratches all over the surface area, but this doesnâ€:tm:t affect its performance at all!

Would Not RecommendBought this grill 2 years ago. Started having issues with the temperature this year ( not getting hot). I have googled and checked everything on the grill and can't find the issue. Should have lasted longer than this for the price. Very upset as this is the first time not buying a cheap grill

The grill is a great product, but I had some issues with the gas regulator. Fortunately for me customer service fixed it free of charge! It works very quickly and does an excellent job heating up my food on time without any spills or messes around inside your house because you can easily clean these burners unlike other models where everything gets stuck halfway due to its design

I got free assembly with the purchase which was awesome. The 2 guys who assembled it were there on time, were very pleasant, and worked hard. I love this grille. The ignition and controls work very well. I would recommend this product and would purchase it again. Great grille!
