Roomy interior for storing foom

I love the roomy capacity to store and organize my food. My disappointment is that it has an ice maker but I do not have a water line to have it connected.

Disappointed

I bought this knowing it had missing pieces I would need to buy and a few scratches. I have since found out that the handles are no longer available.

WORST APPLIANCE EVER

This is an update from a previous experience in August 2024 when the fridge was delivered without handles and it took several months to resolve. Now, here we are a year and a half in and the refrigerator won't cool. The freezer is still frozen so the problem is obviously the evaporator fan. Kenmore setup a repair service which I was willing to pay for, but when he arrived he confirmed what I already knew about the evaporator fan motor and informed me the part was unavailable and left. I refused ...

Absolutely junk!

Don't buy any appliances from Lowe's. They do not stand behind anything they sell. Our Kenmore Elite refrigerator water pump broke the first year and the part is not available . Year 3 it stopped cooling.

I like the elegant interior display.

The fridge is extremely silent. I do not hear the compressor noise, which is truly great.

Wish zero was an option

I would not purchase a Kenmore product from Lowes or anywhere else. Product and service are terrible. I would estimate any 5 star ratings are AI bots or paid for.

Who in the heck is driving the forklift at Lowes?

This refrigerator has been delivered twice, and both times the product was severely damaged near the bottom of the unit when unboxed in front of our house - obviously dented by a rogue forklift operator. The first time, the delivery driver said they could come back in a few days with a new one, but in reality it took 23 days. After the exact same episode 23 days later, the next date was 17 days away. DONT DO IT

This Refrigerator is trash! Purchased online and the delivery took 3wks. It was delivered on 10/9/2025 and stopped getting cool on 11/12/2025. Contacted Kenmore service desk regarding 1yr warranty and a technician came and told me that this model has several defects and is a lemon. MONEY WASTED!

Never worked

Worst purchase ever — never worked and still not fixed My Kenmore refrigerator never worked from the day it arrived. Despite multiple calls and service attempts, it was never repaired. I’ve been trying to return it for almost a year with no success. Terrible quality and customer service — I’ll never buy Kenmore again.

Damaged

I waited a month to receive the product and when it arrived it was dented ALL OVER. Ridiculous!

Great product

Love it great refrigerator very quiet the ice maker produces ice fairly quickly

Wouldn't recommend

This fridge is okay if you have a small space, however, a couple of times an hour it makes a very high pitched noise that is extremely annoying. I would not recommend this fridge just based on the horrible noise it makes. We have had it for less than a week and it is already driving us crazy.
