Great Experience

I will continue to buy from Lowes - I did have a problem with the refrigerator BUT they quickly resolved my problem. Anyone can have a problem but it all comes down to how a company solves the problem Lowes Gets a A+

Perfect counter depth

Fit perfectly in the space. The interior is well laid out and very convenient. The controls are easy to work.

Awful Appliance

A complete piece of garbage. The freezer never seemed to work right from the beginning, as items always seemed to have a layer of frost on them. Should have returned it right away but didn’t. Now after less than 5 years owning it, the freezer doesn’t work at all. Will never buy Kenmore again.

Do not recommend

Fridge makes a high-pitched noise a few times an hour for a few minutes. It is driving everyone crazy. Regret this purchase after less than a week. Do not get this fridge.

Refrigerator not working

Terrible customer service from Kenmore

Our brand new refrigerator broke on May 29th and we were given a service date of June 27th with no other recourse other than to wait almost a month to with a broken refrigerator. Then when that date came around we were notified that it had been pushed back to July 7th. When the repairman finally came he ordered the parts needed and then we were emailed that they were out of stock. We now have a potential date of August 8th for parts to be delivered. Buyer Beware

Day of delivery no door handles. Refrigerator stopped working less than 12 months of having. Manufacture warranty been waiting over a month for repairs because a Kenmore Specialist cannot be located. Do not and I repeat do not buy this refrigerator. Kenmore use to be top of the line now garbage. I purchase a Frigidaire before I’ll ever purchase a Kenmore appliance.

Had it for a year. Hooked everything up myself. Had zero real problems. A little disappointed about the ice not being made fast enough and i accidentally broke a side door shelf. But we've had zero problems. Im just here to find a replacement shelf

Worked for 90 days

Kenmore was my go to brand. Our last refrigerator lasted 20+ years. We had this 90 days. We have been trying to get help from Kenmore for two weeks . Two weeks without a working refrigerator. No Door Handles

On the day, the refrigerator was delivered, about an hour or so after the delivery man had left, we noticed there were no front door handles installed on the doors. We looked on the inside of the refrigerator in all the drawers and compartments, and there were no handles. Disappointed

Not the best experience with this refrigerator. I just boight a new home in August. The refrigerator left behind was so small and old. We were working with odd dimensions for a new refrigerator so we decided on this one. It’s a very nice appliance. More spacious than you would think. Beware Of Height

Neither the Kenmore nor the Lowe's site account for the electrical connection being ON TOP of the unit. The height is actually 1 1/2" to 2" more than the 70 " listed on the sites. Installer could not figure out the water connection. Turns out it is a simple push-in "barb" tube fitting on the fridge, and the same on the water valve via a plastic fitting (supplied). To small an the price to high.

I just buy this fridge an its nice but small . Other reviews say its big inside for a family fridge no its not. Its a little high for the price . Its only big enough for a single person . Two deliveries and still less than 1 fridge.

The first fridge was damaged and taken back to Lowe’s on the delivery truck. The second fridge arrived without handles. I’m waiting for a call back from customer service.

Less than 2 months old

This was delivered on 10/12/24. It is 12/09/24. Only the freezer works. The refrigerator is not cold. I called Kenmore and someone will have to get back to me. Everything in there went bad.
