Long wait, damaged

I hate lowes so much for this. I waited 3 weeks without a fridge and got this one damaged..like badly. I sent it back but my refund will take weeks now because I paid in cash.

Don’t buy!

Piece of junk. Ice maker stopped working, plastic tab on filter door broke off. now filter door is hanging, cannot close. Freezer is too warm on highest setting and refrigerator freezes everything. We’ve only had it for 2 years. Don’t waste your money.

So many things 'wrong' with this refrigerator

My previous refrigerator was a similar Kenmore model from 13 years ago. It was a much better engineered and detailed refrigerator. Regarding the newer model: On the door display, the buttons for cubed, crushed, water are gray print on a black backgroun, wh no back-lighting. It is bet difficult to read,. mine is 31 years old!

Mine is 31 years old, but he just gave up the fight today. has always been very reliable, ice maker quit about 5 years ago and I did not repair. Otherwise has been great until this week when I noticed the freezer wasn't doing so good, and this morning I can tell the whole thing isnt' really cooling anymore. This one here is the closest model to the one I have, wish it didn't have all the digital, something else to break! It doesn't need to last 31 years though, Im sure Ill be gone by then!!

I NEED PARTS FOR REFRIGERATOR MODEL 50023

We have Model 50023 and the shelves are breaking as well along of it has broken pieces so we put it as the outside fridge but shelves are cracked both the inside shelves and the shelves in door I would like to know how to replace them and light bulb in fridge please anyone as refrigerator freezer are still running

Beware Of Height

Neither the Kenmore nor the Lowe's site account for the electrical connection being ON TOP of the unit. The height is actually 1 1/2" to 2" more than the 70 " listed on the sites. Lowe's installer could not figure out the water connection. Turns out it is a simple push-in "barb" tube fitting on the fridge, and the same on the water valve via a plastic fitting (supplied). Quality basic fridge

I was tired of my old fancy fridge that broke quickly and had black mold growing in it. This side by side fridge is very simple. It has filtered water and ice and an easy to adjust touch screen temperature setting. It is spacious enough for our family of 4 (we do have a small fridge in the garage for drinks). It’s very quiet unless the ice drops into the bucket. I would recommend.

No Ice Maker

Brand new Fridge delivered, only to find that the icemaker connection is not installed. No ice and no contact from Lowes Customer Service. I've spent 10s of thousands of dollars at Lowes and have never been satisfied with their online support. Do better. -Disappointed Veteran.

I got 10-20 % less small cubes of ice in 24 hrs.

I had to check the item # and model # of my refrigerator to make sure I bought the same refrigerator that other reviewers talk about. Right from delivery I got sparingly ice cubes, no airflow like the book says, refrigerator temperature in the danger zone and spoiled food. I was floored with the warranty service report. Good Fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like that fingerprints don't show. I like the ice and water dispenser in the door. I don't really care for side by sides.

Adequate Product

Not impressed with side by side - not much room in freezer - impossible to store a slab of ribs. Do like the Water and Ice Dispenser and Fingerprint resistance

I love that the fingerprints are resistant on the surface. Fridge side is decent sized, can fit a good amount of items in there. The freezer side is again, in my opinion, too small to hold much food.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While this product won't work well with bigger family this is a perfect product for couples to smaller families. Deep bins on the door help for additional space. Adjustable shelves also help create more space. Ice maker always a plus to have, drawers in both fridge and freezer are very spacious. Over all wonderful product with great space capacity.
