Would Not RecommendIm on my 3rd of these machines due shipping/handling damage and/or poor design quality. Now this machine is broken with the same issue of never finishing a cycle and running nonstop. digital screen/controls are unnecessarily overdesigned and not user friendly.
Well built, confusing wash cycles, no fill hoses
Would RecommendFirst of all, Lowes says that "Fill and Drain hoses are included", but the fill hoses are NOT included (the drain hose is). Hence my second trip to the store to get them. There are 15 wash cycles, the shortest being a 15 minute Express cycle, and the second quickest being 85 minutes longer (100 minutes!). That's almost an hour and a half longer. Couldn't they include a cycle that's around 50 minutes? There are cycles for normal, casual (I guess normal is only for tuxedos), and strange ones like...

12 min express wash!

Steam feature is super helpful and I have no problem retrieving clothes like I did stretching down into my old top loader. Sanitize cycle makes me feel better and I like that the glass door window is easy to clean.

Great washer for a small family and in an apartmen

Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is wonderful. I especially like the steam option as to not have to iron or take to the dry cleaner. The jeans and wool cycle are key, and the active spray is a good option. I do wish the inside was a bit larger.
