Looks good. Fairly easy to put together. Feels solid. 2 baskets with handles makes it easy to use. Love it

Good item once build
Great item and looks good, the downside I found it extremely difficult to put together, and I’m patient and good at doing thing like this, loved it once it was built

Looks smart and no faffing.
This was simple to put together and looks quite smart. Having the separate compartments that lift out make it easy to deal with, no searching at the bottom.

Game changer in the laundry department.
Innovative flat pack and assembly. Very good quality. Size and shape of the unit is just right. Most people will use this for light/dark sorting: we use it for his/hers sorting. Particularly like the internal laundry bags. Laundry operations now much more efficient.

Lovely looking laundry basket
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Lovely laundry basket, easy to take the bag out and tip out in front of the washing machine. A little fiddly putting it together but my laundry days are so much better.

Great able to sort washing
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great able to sort washing into lights and darks . Holds a large amount of dirty washing . Good that the inside lifts out so you can carry it to the washer less bulky then carrying it in a plastic wash basket . It's great .

Great product,well designed and good
Great product, well designed and good quality. Only slight negative is that the laundry hopper is slightly on the small side for a family of four.

Nice product but fiddly to put together
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great product but considering the price the set up is very fiddly. I didn’t mind building it but having to tuck all the sides of the material in etc was just unnecessary

Cash back not paid
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] They do not pay cash back, try to call and phone lines down for 4 weeks and they don't reply to several emails.

Stylish
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had to contact customer support as arrived without the rods. Amazing customer service with the replacement one arriving 36 hours later. Instructions for assembly were clear, if not a little fiddly to follow. Looks great in my room

Looks smart and works well
Love the separation and ability to take the bag of clothes to the washer rather than the whole basket

Arrived in a damaged box
Arrived in a damaged box that was taped at the top (presume its a second) does not contain the base of the laundry basket, sent the issue via the automated system and still not heard anything back.
