What Customers Are Saying
Customers praise the rug's excellent value, accurate color matching, and low pile design ideal for high-traffic areas like entryways and dining rooms. Many appreciate its durability, easy maintenance, resistance to shedding, and stability on hardwood without a pad. However, some report stubborn creases that take weeks to flatten, and several mention a chemical odor that lingers for days. A few note the rug runs slightly smaller than advertised or has rough backing. Overall, most customers find it a worthwhile purchase despite minor drawbacks.

Nice rug, but it shouldn’t be folded for shipping
Would Not RecommendNice rug, but was rolled and then folded in half for shipping. Still waiting for wrinkles to come out.

Poor packaging
Would Not RecommendWe received this rug in a timely manner. However, a rug should nor be folded multiple times for easier delivery. It should be rolled. The rug had many creases in it. I was able to get most of them out by steaming the back of it with a pillow case and iron. I would of pic⁷ked up in store if rolled and available.
Nice item.
Just what I needed!

It's not a 9x12 carpet. It's an eight and a half b
It's a nice carpet for the price. But it is not 9x12. When I received the carpet it 8 and 1/2x12. And I had bought a carpet mat for underneath 9x12 and it's longer than the carpet. I was not happy that I did not get the actual size that I had ordered. A 9x12 carpet.
Too light
Would Not RecommendThis carpet was way lighter than we expected.

Wrong item delivered
Would Not RecommendI didn't like that I got the wrong item! I ordered a 5x8 ft rug. Received a 4x? ft. I don't know the length because I didn't need to take the rug out of the plastic wrapping to see that the width was 4 feet. Now I have to drive all the way to another city to exchange or return as we don't have Lowe's in my town.
Very low pile - which I like
As described - very low pile - almost feels like the hard floor and basically no padding - but works for somewhere in house you don't want plush or thick
