Cheap poly

The "poly tray," ie. plastic dump cart is not strong enough and needs to be re-engineered. The problem is that the 4 blots connecting the poly tray, handle tube, latch stand plate and bracket broke thru the poly tray Also, at 1 of the bolts connecting the handle (to the side of the poly tray) cracked, making that weak. Difficult instructions

I love that it is convertible- that I can attach it to the mower or I can use it as a cart. It did take me about 2.5 hours to put it together and I'm pretty good at putting things together, so that was more time consuming than I expected. Also, somehow I ended up short 2 bolts of one size, but had 2 extra bolts of another size. The instructions were not easy to follow, so I expect I put in bolts too small somewhere. Installing the handle was tricky and would have been easier with 2 people.

And the biggest item that you were supposed to deliver never came my John Deere D130 lawnmower never showed up was given three different answers for why it didn’t come. None of them matched now the delivery scheduled for June 6 but will it make it or not

cracked plastic dump cart

I needed a new cart to replace the old cart that finally rotted and rusted away. So I purchased this JD several years ago. The second year the handle bolts pulled through the plastic cart. Had 2 bags of mulch ( 70#) at that time. Repaired with fender washers and longer bolts. Need a better design.

Nice little cart/wagon with many uses

Nice, small wagon. Great for hauling bags of mulch, picking up sticks, and other landscaping tasks. Not too big or too small. My wife and I put it together in under an hour. The directions weren't great but if you use a little common sense, it is pretty straight-forward. There are other choices in the John Deere line as well as other brands but this one suits our needs for both size and cost. Plus I like that it matches my lawn tractor.

assembled too tightly

I haven't had it a year and there's a crack by the handle because it was a symbol too tightly now I'm stuck with it. I've literally used it three times and the plastic cracks like a milk jug.

John Deere Dump Cart

I purchased this product on April 26, and requested free assembly and next day pickup. However, 6 days later No contact from the store, so I came in to check the status only to find out it had not been assembled. It's very disappointing to advertise a service that you can't provide.

Cart working as it should.

Allen was great helping on this purchase. Was delivered partially assembled and with other parts to what...? It was exchanged with another unit. It was assembled however the tires were not inflated.

Difficult assembly.

The assembly was not easy and quite disappointing for John Deere. We expected better paying more for John Deere.
