They're okay like the added base!!! But I'm stillnot quite used to it yet and the buttons are kind of touchy. Not sure how to stop the device from starting up my YouTube every time I hit the wrong sequence. And how the canceling part is working? Or if it's actually working. They will change this once I figure it out!!!

Complicated
Too complicated for no good reason. Technology should be simple & straight forward. The packaging is too protected and stiff to open.

Earbuds
I love the upgrade on the anc4. I can't wait to be able to use them all the time. I primarily use them while riding my motorcycle.

Mediocre
Poor sound quality, base not very good. Not that comfortable and noise cancelling doesn't really do anything. I would rate these just slightly better than the total budget pair of earphones

One earbud will not stop charging. Unknown what the problem is.
Cannot get earbud to stop charging in the case. Everything is dry, and had worked perfectly until then.

Running burn in.
This is different. It seemed like they had a hollow sound, like an echo. Hoping burn in will fix it.
